DESCRIPTION:Note: This session has been postponed due to committee capacity.  \nWe know there are so many great ideas and so much passion in our community — from players\, coaches and team managers to parents and volunteers. This session is your chance to help shape the direction of the club for 2026. \nThis isn’t just a brainstorming night.\n It’s about turning ideas into action\, building shared ownership\, and strengthening the systems and support needed to make Eltham Rugby better for everyone. \nWho should attend?\nAnyone who cares about the club – coaches\, managers\, parents\, players\, volunteers\, and supporters. Whether you have one idea or ten\, or simply want to listen and understand our plans\, you are welcome. \nWhat we’ll discuss:\n\n Volunteer recruitment and retention\n How do we attract\, support and keep the people who keep our club running?\n Player recruitment and pathways\n What do families want? How do we grow juniors\, Get Into Rugby and seniors sustainably?\n Club resources & equipment\n Do we have enough balls\, pads\, cones\, jerseys? Are we set up for 2026?\n Communication & community engagement\n What works? What doesn’t? How do we keep families informed?\n Making rugby accessible\, fun and inclusive\n How do we welcome more families and support players of all levels?\n Strengthening club culture\n What makes us unique? How do we build belonging\, pride and connection?\n\nWhy this matters\nWe want more people involved before the season begins\, so ideas don’t get lost and the workload doesn’t fall on the same few volunteers. \nThis night is about building shared responsibility\, not just gathering opinions. \nWe need you. We value you.\nIf you’ve ever said or thought:\n “Someone should…”\, “We need…”\, “Why don’t we…”\, “It would be great if…”\n — this is your moment to help make that happen.
