Isabel Sprackman founded and heads up a successful specialist advisory firm, providing commercial and strategic advice on complex infrastructure projects. Prior to this Isabel was a corporate lawyer both in Australia and England. A skilled communicator and team player, Isabel looks forward to bringing her experience in leadership, strategy, commercial/legal matters, governance, training, communications and stakeholder engagement to the role of Co-Junior Coordinator.
Although growing up in a soccer household, Isabel developed a love for rugby after meeting her husband, Rob, who is South African and a Springbok fanatic. Now very much a rugby household, the whole family is involved with ERUFC. Their son, Jonny plays in the U12s and has played for the club every year since he started in the U6s. Rob is the U12 team’s assistant coach and Isabel enjoys supporting the club at training, games, volunteering and organising team events. She is excited to take on the role as Co-Junior Coordinator with Alana and help the club thrive and grow.
