Refund Policy

Merchandise

In the case of damaged or faulty goods, items will be fully refunded or exchanged provided the item has not been worn. Items must be returned to the clubhouse to claim the refund or exchange. If an item of clothing is an incorrect size it can be exchanged for a different size dependent on availability, otherwise a full refund will provided.

Ticketed events

For ticketed events held at the clubhouse, a full refund will be provided when:

  • the event has been cancelled due to extenuating circumstances (eg COVID-19 restrictions); or
  • a ticket holder is unable to attend the event.

For ticketed events held at an external venue, a full refund will be provided when:

  • the event has been cancelled due to extenuating circumstances (eg COVID-19 restrictions); or
  • a ticket holder is unable to the event, provided the cancellation is made at least 24 hours prior to the event commencing; and
  • where monies for the ticketed event have been charged directly by Eltham Rugby Union Football Club (ERUFC), and those monies are still held by ERUFC at the time of the cancellation.

Please note that ERUFC cannot provide refunds for ticketed events at external venues, where a cancellation is made less than 24 hours prior to the event commencing.

Where monies are charged directly by the external venue for a ticketed event, or held by the external venue at the time of cancellation, the external venue’s terms and conditions relating to refunds will apply.
