Earlier this month, representatives from Eltham Rugby attended the Nillumbik Council Women in Sport Breakfast, celebrating leadership, participation, and representation across our community.
A huge congratulations to Alana Su’a, who received a Champion of Change Award for her outstanding work growing girls rugby at Eltham. And well done to Sylvia Metcalfe, who represented our club brilliantly as part of the panel discussion, speaking about community, inclusion and the power of clubs working together.
We thank Nillumbik Council for hosting a thoughtful, inspiring event and keynote speaker Zoe Karr, whose message on leadership and empowering people to “try things in fail-proof ways” resonated strongly with our club values.
