Eltham Rugby Union Football Club is looking for coaches and volunteers to join our community for the upcoming season, with a specific call-out for coaching staff to support our U14 team.
We’re seeking Junior and Senior Coaches, Assistant Coaches, and support crew, as well as people who would like to contribute off the field. Whether you’re an experienced coach, a former player, or someone keen to get involved and give back, there’s a place for you at Eltham.
We pride ourselves on being a supportive and inclusive club, built on strength, respect and community. Coaching at Eltham offers the chance to make a real impact while being supported with development and learning opportunities along the way.
Eltham Rugby is also powered by volunteers. Beyond coaching, there are many ways to be involved and help the club thrive. You might assist with match day BBQs or bar shifts, merchandise, social media and communications, or support the club through admin and governance roles.
No rugby experience is required for many of these roles. What matters most is a willingness to help and a love of community.
