For 2026, we’re looking for new general committee members and expressions of interest for the Vice President, Co-Junior Coordinator role and other leadership positions.

🌿 What the Committee Achieved in 2025
This year, the committee focused on inclusion and welcoming more people to the club — and it’s worked!
We invested in our Senior Men’s program, and it paid off — we won the championship!
We saw fantastic growth in our juniors with huge turnouts for Get Into Rugby every Wednesday night, and now have more than a dozen girls training every Thursday and learning the game.
We also strengthened our governance, improving how we manage policies, procedures, and our engagement with Rugby Victoria.
But most importantly, we focused on rebuilding the club — bringing more people into rugby, creating connections, and reigniting the atmosphere we all love at Eltham.
