Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) is coming up, and we need you to be there!
Date: Saturday 22 November
Time: 2:00 PM
Location: Eltham Rugby Clubrooms, 58 Bridge St, Eltham
The AGM is one of the most important days on our calendar – it’s where we look back on the year, celebrate our achievements, and plan for the future.
This year, members will also have the opportunity to vote on the adoption of the club’s new constitution, a major step forward in strengthening our governance and setting the club up for future success.
Several key roles are also up for re-election, including:
- President
- Vice President
- Co-Junior Coordinators
We’re also welcoming nominations for General Committee Members – the people who keep our club running behind the scenes, from events and fundraising to sponsorships, communications, and facilities.
Volunteers are the heart of Eltham Rugby, and without them, we simply wouldn’t exist. This is your chance to step forward, learn new skills, meet great people, and make a real impact. Check out more info on volunteering roles here.
Our long-serving President, Tim Adams, has proudly led the club for an incredible 12 years. We’re now looking to build the next generation of leaders and volunteers so that Tim can one day sit back, enjoy his rugby, and watch the next chapter of Eltham unfold.
So come along, have your say, and help shape the future of Eltham Rugby. Together, we can ensure our club continues to thrive for years to come.
If you’d like to know more about any of the roles or how to nominate, please reach out to [email protected].
