We know there are so many great ideas and so much passion in our community — from players, coaches and team managers to parents and volunteers. This session is your chance to help shape the direction of the club for 2026.

This isn’t just a brainstorming night.
It’s about turning ideas into action, building shared ownership, and strengthening the systems and support needed to make Eltham Rugby better for everyone.

Who should attend?

Anyone who cares about the club – coaches, managers, parents, players, volunteers, and supporters. Whether you have one idea or ten, or simply want to listen and understand our plans, you are welcome.

What we’ll discuss:

• Volunteer recruitment and retention
  How do we attract, support and keep the people who keep our club running?
• Player recruitment and pathways
  What do families want? How do we grow juniors, Get Into Rugby and seniors sustainably?
• Club resources & equipment
  Do we have enough balls, pads, cones, jerseys? Are we set up for 2026?
• Communication & community engagement
  What works? What doesn’t? How do we keep families informed?
• Making rugby accessible, fun and inclusive
  How do we welcome more families and support players of all levels?
• Strengthening club culture
  What makes us unique? How do we build belonging, pride and connection?

Why this matters

We want more people involved before the season begins, so ideas don’t get lost and the workload doesn’t fall on the same few volunteers.

This night is about building shared responsibility, not just gathering opinions.
