Life membership is the highest honour Eltham Rugby Union Football Club can bestow. It recognises individuals who have given extraordinary and sustained service to our club and our community. We are proud to honour those who have shaped Eltham Rugby into the club it is today.

Nominate a Life Member
Do you know someone whose dedication to Eltham Rugby deserves to be recognised? Life membership nominations are open to all financial members of the club.
To be eligible, a nominee must:
- Have provided at least 10 years of significant, voluntary service to the club — including playing, coaching, administration, or other contributions
- Demonstrate alignment with the club's values and a commitment to its long-term development
- Be a current financial member or active volunteer at the time of nomination
How to nominate: Email your nomination to [email protected]. Your email should outline the nominee's contribution addressing the eligibility criteria above, and include the name of a seconder (another club member who supports the nomination).
Deadline: Nominations must be received at least 28 days before the Annual General Meeting. The Committee will review all nominations and, if endorsed, Life Membership is confirmed by special resolution at the AGM.
