2025 marked the beginning of our journey toward expanding opportunities for girls and women at Eltham. Through new community connections and school programs with partners like CLC, we’ve started planting the seeds for future growth.

While we are still in the early stages of building a dedicated girls’ squad, we are excited to continue this work throughout the 2026 season. We invite you to join us as we discuss our steady progress and our long-term vision for women’s rugby at the club.

Facilities Update

We are also pleased to announce that work has officially begun on our changing room renovations. These upgrades are designed with our female players and visitors in mind, ensuring our facilities provide a comfortable and inclusive environment for everyone at Eltham.
