Volunteers Make Rugby Happen
At Eltham Rugby, volunteers are the lifeblood of our club.
From coaching players and managing teams to helping on the BBQ or running the bar, everything we do relies on people who give their time and energy to make rugby happen.
Volunteering isn’t just good for the club — it’s good for you too. You can:
-
Learn new skills, like working behind the bar or running events
-
Build leadership experience by joining the committee
-
Meet great people and become part of a strong community
-
Give back to the game you love and make a real difference
Whether you can help occasionally or take on a bigger role, there’s a place for everyone — on and off the field. No experience needed, just a willingness to get involved.
If you’re keen to help, reach out to one of our committee members or complete our Volunteer Request Form.
You can also explore the different ways to contribute by reading our ERUFC Committee and Volunteer Roles & Responsibilities — from coaching and game-day support to communications, events, and leadership roles.
Because the truth is simple — the club won’t thrive without you.
