πŸ’ͺ Keep Fit This Summer with Touch Rugby

Spring is here and there’s no better time to get moving! Touch Rugby is a fantastic way for players of all ages to stay active, sharpen skills, and enjoy the fun and community of rugby over the warmer months. It’s also the perfect way to stay strong in the off-season and head into summer feeling fit and ready.

Training Schedule (from 8 September)

  • Girls Rugby: Tuesday 5.00–6.00pm
  • U10’s and U11’s: Wednesday 6:00–7:00pm
  • U12’s: Thursday 5:30–6:30pm
  • U16’s: Thursday 6:00–7:00pm (30 minutes Strength & Conditioning, 30 minutes Touch)
  • Seniors: Thursday 6:00–7:00pm

Eltham is committed to growing Girls Rugby, and that’s why we are introducing a dedicated Tuesday evening session just for them. On this special night, girls will have the opportunity to learn rugby skills, build confidence, and get fit in a supportive environment designed especially for them. While Tuesdays are focused on Girls Rugby, girls are also warmly welcomed to join any of our touch rugby schedules across the week.
