As we wrap up a big year at Eltham Rugby, we want to recognise the incredible volunteers who stepped down from committee roles in 2025. Their dedication, their time, and their genuine love for the club have helped us build a stronger, more connected community.
These outgoing members shaped the season in many ways: supporting players, answering late-night messages, and keeping the club running through some very busy months.

A leader, a legend, and a lifelong servant of Eltham Rugby.
Roger has contributed to Eltham Rugby for decades as a player, volunteer, organiser, chef, mentor and Life Member. In 2024 he stepped up as Senior Coordinator, guiding our senior program with steadiness, passion and a deep understanding of what makes this club special.
His leadership supported players on and off the field, and his presence around the club always brought warmth, humour and heart.
Roger, thank you for everything you have done this year and over so many years. Your commitment to Eltham Rugby is part of the club’s history and culture.

A powerhouse behind the scenes and a champion for our junior families.
Izy took on one of the most involved roles in the club as one of our Junior Coordinators and delivered above and beyond.

💛 A final thank you
Roger and Izy have made enormous contributions to Eltham Rugby. Although they are stepping off the committee, we know this is not goodbye. We are sure we will still see them volunteering around the club in 2026.
This is our chance to properly acknowledge the time, effort and heart they have given the club.
We are also looking for volunteers to help fill their shoes.
