As the year winds down, we’ve only got two more Thursday nights left at the club before we take a well-earned festive break. Training may be wrapping up, but the sense of community that makes Thursdays so special is absolutely still going strong.
Our final Thursday will be a relaxed end-of-year celebration for players, parents, coaches, seniors, juniors, GIR families and supporters. Everyone is welcome — it’s a night to bring the whole club together.
Here’s what to expect:
🍽️ Bring a small plate to share — sweet or savoury, homemade or store-bought, all contributions welcome.
🍻 Enjoy a drink with your teammates, fellow parents, coaches and friends. The bar will be open.
🔥 BBQ sizzling with favourites for everyone – sausages and burgers (for sale).
🎶 Good vibes as we wrap up the year together.
🤝 A moment to celebrate the people who make Thursdays happen — our coaches, coordinators, volunteers and kids who show up every week.
This night is not about formalities — it’s about connection, conversation and celebrating the spirit of Eltham Rugby. Whether you’re new to the club, deeply involved, or somewhere in between, we’d love to see you there.
Let’s finish the year the way we started it: together, with community at the heart of everything we do.
