There’s something special about a home game. The familiar smell of cut grass at Bridge Street, the club BBQ firing up, familiar faces on the sideline — and this Saturday, we get all of that with a little extra meaning attached.
Our 1st XV kick off their 2026 home season on Anzac Day, Saturday 25 April, when they host the Geelong Rams 1st XV at Bridge Street Rugby Field. Kick-off is at 3:15 PM.
Anzac Day has long held a special place in Australian sport. It’s a day when communities come together — to remember, to reflect, and yes, to cheer. What better way to honour that spirit of community than gathering at the club, side by side, to back our boys in black and gold?
Whether you’re a seasoned regular or you’ve been meaning to make it down all season — this is the one to come to. Bring the kids, grab a snag and let’s make some noise for the 1st XV.
