It was fantastic to see some of our Under 16s down at the club on Tuesday night for training! Coaches Russ & Victor had the lads working hard and absolutely smashing the hit bags.
The enthusiasm, effort, and energy on display were top-notch — awesome to see such commitment from the boys this early in the season.
Keep it up, gents — the hard work starts now!
