24 years at Eltham Rugby. 18 of them on the committee. 13 as President.
Tim Adams is stepping down from the ERUFC committee and from the presidency at this year's AGM.
Tim isn't going anywhere. You'll still see him at Bridge Street. But we're not letting this moment pass without saying thank you properly.
Tim joined Eltham Rugby in 2002 as a parent volunteer with two young sons — and he was helping out for six years before he ever took a committee seat. Since then he's been a team manager, Junior Coordinator, Vice President and our longest-serving President. He's marked grounds, run the bar, sorted the kit, grown the Christmas tree fundraiser into a Nillumbik tradition, steered the club through COVID, and quietly talked a lot of us into volunteering along the way.
24 years at the club. 18 years on the committee. 13 as President. There aren't many people in Victorian rugby who can say that.

Chip in for a gift for Tim
We’re putting together a gift to thank Tim for 18 years on the committee — and 24 years at the club. If you’d like to contribute, you can do it here. There’s no expected amount — $5 or $50, it all goes into the same thank you.
We know Tim wouldn’t want a fuss made. We’re making one anyway, because after 24 years he’s earned it.
